THe Skedco XMS First Responder Combat Casualty Care Card allows the on the ground paramedic to record and document the injuries suffered by the casualty in those vitally important minutes when they are being assessed.. The Casualty Care Card is laminated to prevent water damage. Use an alcohol pen/erasable marker to fill in the appropriate information as required. There can be little confusion once the casualty has the care card attached.
