The Sked Vertical Lift Sling SK-207-GR is part of the military version of the Sked Basic Rescue System. It is used for for lifting or hoisting the stretcher in the vertical position. The Sked vertical lift sling is 30 ft. of 3/8″ kernmantle rescue rope, with a minimum break strength of 6,000 lbs., is provided with a figure 8 knot in the middle. When properly deployed it is interwoven down the whole length of the strether thus spreading the strain load across the whole stretcher and not one small area.
