The Oregon Spine Splint II Shoulder Board Sk-303 is an itegral part of the Oregon Spine Splint II. It fits behind the shoulders, secured with a large velcro pad to keep it from moving around. If you have lost this item or any of the other parts of the Oregon Spine Splint II they can easil be replaced by contacting us.
It is particularly useful when used with a Sked Basic Rescue System as it prevents the compression of the shoulders during lifting.
